“I got the opportunity to train with Dylan the summer of 23’ and continued to train with him until the summer of 24’. Going into my freshman year of college to play D1 volleyball was very overwhelming, and I gave Dylan a long list of improvements I wanted to make before I left for school with not much experience in the weight room. We only had 5 weeks to train together that summer and he was able to help me improve in every single thing that I told him I wanted to be better at. Not only did my numbers go up, but he also helped me shift my mindset in the weight room. I went from hating lifts and dreading going to the gym with the fear of failure. Dylan changed my perspective on all of that and taught me that I do not have to “perform” in the weight room, but instead just do the best I can.
