Mobility Implementation Protocol
The main purpose of this protocol is to help athletes understand and put into practice the improvement of their mobility in order to maximize their skillset on the field of play. It was originally written for a football offensive line corps, but has been re-formatted to accommodate athletes of any sport. This is a step-by-step document that accounts for multiple styles of athlete life depending on what your training situation looks like. It is something that’s meant to be IN ADDITION to what you’re already doing, not in place of. It is not a program in itself and you should be able to fit it into your day-to-day training and practices smoothly. Included is 12 pages of explanation and methods as well as 6 different extensive demonstration videos.
